In the unlikely event you find your jewellery has a fault or defect, you can have your item replaced free of charge. If the item is no longer available, it can be replaced for a like-for-like product of the same price or you can pay the difference for a higher priced alternative. Unfortunately the 12 month guarantee does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage or jewellery that has been altered or repaired by an independent jeweller.
